I am committed to helping individuals learn how to change their attitudes and beliefs, while learning strategies to address the root cause of their difficulties. I am passionate about creating resources for individuals who are struggling and holding them accountable for the change they desire.

I have provided therapy in a variety of settings. My experience consists of treatment for co-occurring disorders, both adolescent and adult inpatient, and outpatient settings. I worked with adolescents struggling with eating disorders. Completed my internship at Omaha Correctional Center where I co-facilitated sex offender treatment. Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in all areas of my practice. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and cravings. I am ASI trained and currently conduct both substance use and mental health evaluations.
